Affiliate Disclosure Policy

DoggyDust affiliates, advocates, influencers, and other promotional partners must clearly disclose their relationship with DoggyDust whenever they promote our products.

The disclosure must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed near the recommendation, link, discount code, or other promotional content. It should not be hidden at the bottom of a post, buried among hashtags, placed only on a profile page, or require someone to click “more” to find it.

Acceptable disclosures include:

“I earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”

“This is an affiliate link, and I may earn a commission from your purchase.”

“DoggyDust gifted me this product.”

“Paid partnership with DoggyDust.”

“Ad” or “Sponsored.”

Affiliates must disclose any financial, employment, personal, free product, discount, or other material relationship with DoggyDust.

Affiliates may only make truthful statements based on their honest experiences. They may not make false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims about DoggyDust products.

Affiliates may not claim that DoggyDust diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition.

Failure to follow these requirements may result in withheld commissions, removal from the affiliate program, or other corrective action.

The FTC requires affiliate and influencer disclosures to be clear, conspicuous, understandable, and close to the endorsement. A disclosure hidden behind a link or among hashtags may not be adequate.
