Shipping Rates

Shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal after applicable discounts and before taxes.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed through our fulfillment partners. Shipping and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, shipping carrier, and fulfillment conditions.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information when available.

Shipping Locations

DoggyDust currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Shipping availability is determined at checkout.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact support@doggydust.com.

We'll review the situation and work to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Order Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once fulfillment has started, we may be unable to make changes.
