DoggyDust subscriptions make it easy to keep your pup stocked with the products they love.

Subscription Discounts

Eligible subscriptions receive:

• 20% off the first subscription order.

• 10% off recurring subscription orders.

Discounts apply to eligible products. Subscription pricing and order frequency are displayed before checkout. Subscription discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment method will be charged automatically when each scheduled subscription order is processed, until you cancel.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes may be added at checkout.

Manage Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription through the subscription management link provided with your order or by contacting us at support@doggydust.com.

Available management options include canceling your subscription and, where supported, pausing, skipping, rescheduling, or modifying future orders.

Cancel Anytime

There are no minimum subscription commitments or cancellation penalties.

You can cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed to prevent future charges.

If an order has already been processed, cancellation will apply to future orders. Please contact us promptly if you need assistance with an existing order.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for orders that have already been processed.
