Subscription Policy

By purchasing a DoggyDust subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method and ship the product at the frequency selected during checkout.

The subscription price, discount, billing frequency, and estimated next order date will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Your subscription will continue automatically until you cancel it.

You may manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us at support@doggydust.com.

Subscription changes must be completed before the next order is processed. Once an order has been processed, charged, or shipped, we cannot guarantee that it can be changed or canceled.

Canceling a subscription prevents future subscription orders. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

We may change subscription pricing or terms in the future. When required, customers will receive notice before those changes take effect.
